As a holding company with over 40 years of history, we finance most of our development projects independently. For our customers, this means maximum plannability, high reliability and a smooth project process – from the initial idea to the handover of the keys.
We have been operating in Košice since 2010 and have successfully implemented several residential projects since then. We are also active in Germany and the Czech Republic and have so far implemented more than 2,500 apartments and more than 40,000 m² of commercial space.
